My adventure starts in Barcelona back in the 90's where I was surrounded by flavors and magic enrolled at EUHT Sant Pol de Mar® cooking hotel/school where I started my professional cooking instruction.​

I have always felt the need to show "how the world looks like through my eyes" , how people create perfect places to keep family near fire & food and how is that I personally understand what is the meaning of food, cooking & culinary arts.
